I usually wear a Medium but it runs small. My Bra size 36D and I ordered the Large. Perfect fit! Very slimming and flattering! I wear it with the matching High neck tankini! Love it!

I wear rash guards at the beach for sun protection but also keep one handy for when I’m out and the ac is chilling me (restaurants). My preference is they not be form fitting so I have ordered the large size (may send the medium s back).
I recommend sizing up.
