IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?
You have 21 days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Please note: We do not offer free returns. The return shipping label cost will be based on the weight and dimensions of your item and calculated via USPS rates. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds are typically issued within 10-15 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the item(s). This timeframe excludes weekends and national holidays.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
If it has been more than 15 business days and you have not seen your refund, please email us at info@bleurodbeattie.com, and we’ll be happy to look into your order.
ADDITIONAL RETURN TERMS·
If your return is received at our warehouse in damaged condition, you will not be eligible for a refund. You may request the damaged item back, but you will be responsible for return shipping.
· If your return package includes unauthorized items, only the authorized items will be refunded.
· Please note that returns must be processed separately by order — items from different orders cannot be combined in one return shipment. Each order’s items must be returned individually with their own return label.
· Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email info@bleurodbeattie.com to initiate an international return. We’ll provide you with instructions to complete the process.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
· Items purchased within the last 21 days.
· Regular sale items that are not marked Final Sale are returnable.
· Items in original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with tags attached.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
· Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
· Worn, altered, or washed items.
Please note: Items marked as Final Sale will display that indication clearly above the "Add to Cart" button and again in the checkout cart to ensure customers are aware before completing their purchase.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, here’s how you can exchange an item:
1. Visit our Returns Center to start the return process. You have 21 days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return.
2. Return the item(s) unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and sanitary liners attached.
3. Place a new order for the correct size or item you want.
4. Email us at info@bleurodbeattie.com with both your new order number and the original order number you are exchanging, and we’ll refund the return label fee for the order you are sending back.
Please note: We do not cover shipping costs on new orders for exchanges under $100.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS?
If your package is lost, please open a ticket or send us an email at info@bleurodbeattie.com with your order number. From there, we will offer you the option to either:
· Have a replacement sent (for any items still in stock), or
· Receive a full refund for your order.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at info@bleurodbeattie.com with the following details:
· Your order number
· Photos of the shipping box and any damaged items
· A list of any missing items, if applicable
Once we receive the necessary information, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or missing items (if they’re still in stock), or a refund if they are unavailable.
If your items are in good condition but you would still like to return them, you're welcome to do so according to our standard return policy.
CANCELLATIONS & SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES?
You are eligible to cancel your order or update your shipping address within 8 business hours of placing your order.
