Where is my order?

Please note that all orders are processed within 24-48 hours after being placed. If you place your order on a Friday, it will not be processed or shipped until Monday/Tuesday of the following week.

After we send out your order via Fed Ex-2 Day ground, depending on the location may take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

If you receive the shipping notification and five business days have passed, please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement order or process a refund once we confirm any issues with our carrier.

 

How do I return?

At this moment, we do not offer exchanges. You will have to initiate a return process.

You have 21 days from the date that you receive your package to initiate a return. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.We do not accept returns on any Final Sale items. Once your return is submitted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label or QR-code. If you would prefer to have a gift card code emailed to you, select that option when initiating your return.

If you wish not to use the gift card code, the refund will be applied to your original form of payment within 15 business days after our warehouse receives the package back. Please note this does not include weekends or national holidays.

We do not offer free returns. The return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or gift card value.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

 

Where is my refund?

After you send your return, your return will not begin the refund process until only after it is received by our warehouse. Once it is received, it takes 10-15 business days after receiving your return for our staff to review your products, ensuring that all is in good shape (not worn, torn, stained, etc.). This does not include weekends or national holidays.

Once that process is complete and approved, the refund process starts.

Please note that for the refund to show on your bank account or credit card, it will typically take another 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's policy.

 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, Bleu Rod Beattie now ships to Canada! The shipping fees to Canada are $12 US, and this does not include taxes and duties.

In addition, if you want to return, we do not offer return labels outside of the US. You must use a carrier of your choice to mail back the unwanted items.

If I use a promo code, can I return it?

Yes, you may return any item as long as it has been no longer than 21 days from the day you receive your order. FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
