I ordered two suits online and they did say there was two day shipping, however, I didn’t factor into when they might actually depart the factory and get to me in time for a trip with a week. I contacted customer service right away.
Red Carter replied to my call for help immediately and was able to get a note to the shipping department to please get my suits out to me the very next day which they did and FedEx delivered in their two day delivery turnaround, getting the suits here in time for my suitcase. The suits are really well-made and beautiful quality.
